Different people get different things from being creative. For some people it's an outlet, a way to scratch an itch, whereas for others it's a way to connect or to express themselves. For these people, it's totally fine if it remains a hobby. And then there are others who are determined to make it into a career - who have the ambition to support themselves financially with their creativity, or even to 'blow up' and achieve real influence.
