Blizzard says it plans to "bring BlizzCon back in future years," but 2024 "doesn't line up."
They're always shifting their plans. One year, they attend E3, Gamescom, TGS, and host a Blizzcon. The next year, they might skip all but a gaming show in Russia, then maybe just Blizzcon or Gamescom the following year.
