Some full-time content creators have dedicated thumbnail designers who do this critical and fine-judged task for them, but the vast majority do it themselves as part of the video production pipeline. So we want to know the best tutorials you've seen on how to design effective video thumbnails - bonus points if you've followed the tutorial yourself and have some data to show how it affected your channel.
