For this reward, please make an in-universe propaganda/recruitment video convincing others to take up the freerailer lifestyle. Imagine you're speaking to citizens of post-apocalyptic Earth who know nothing of what it means to be a freerailer - similar to other gamers who might not have heard of Enginefall yet - and pitch them the lifestyle. Freedom, adventure, loot, excitement - it's a bit like being a pirate!

As long as you're hyping the perks of being a freerailer, you can take any approach you like. You can position yourself as the leader of a freerailer crew, sending out a propaganda film for others to join you and talking about your generosity to your comrades (but remember, the emphasis should be on the merits of being a freerailer per se, rather than on your own crew's headcanon). Alternatively, you could pretend you're a solo freerailer leaving a virtual diary to yourself, reflecting with joy on a life well lived. Or you could go for something else entirely: this is a creative reward and we'd love to see some creativity. Take any perspective and any emotional register if you think you can make it work!

Your video can be either traditional widescreen format or vertical phone orientation, but it must be between 60 and 180 seconds in duration, published on YouTube or TikTok. The best entries will be considered for Amplification.

At least 60% of your video's runtime must come from original Enginefall gameplay captured by you. You may use footage from Enginefall's official trailers, but sparingly - it should be the spice, not the bulk, of your video.

This is a high-prize creative contest reward in which all entries will be judged simultaneously on the deadline. Top prizes will go to the best, most impressive, most creative, or otherwise highest-quality entries, assuming they pass a minimum quality bar - a ten-second video of a train will not default to winning $200 even if it's the only entry!

We're looking for strong writing, voice acting, gameplay capture, quality editing skills, and overall emotional impact: however you do it, make us long to be a freerailer in Enginefall. The videos which best succeed in doing so will get the top prizes.

Hit the 'submit' button below and follow the instructions to complete your entry.

Once the deadline passes, and assuming we receive enough submissions of sufficient quality, we’ll pick a first-, second-, and third-placed winner and award them $200, $100, and $60 respectively. We may also pick up to five runner-up submissions and award them $30 each. Just reserves the right to reject entries which, in our sole judgement, display low effort, give little value, or violate our content policies (click here for guidance).
