Sorry for the late reply. My currrent week in Cologne is quite intense.
I think it could be a hull design contest, like picking CCP Burger's favorite ship (Vexor) and asking everyone to create a skin for it.
That's a cool idea. We could maybe even recruit CCP Burger as a guest judge (no promises). Enjoy Cologne!
How about a simple theme the skin should be focused around for example:
The ocean
Nightmare
Sunshine
Bloodlust
Forest
and the like. There are probably a bunch of themes people would enjoy creating a skin for.
