I loved the fact about the free drinkwater, thank you very much.

We have one of the "biggest" Community and many people should lose weight if you want to reach level 40 or 50 or be able to attend in Fanfest 2025.

I am sure sugar soda drinks will do the trick.

But whoever was in charge for the food trucks... could have been better.

  1. There is no food alternative around the arena, so people didn't have a lot of choice other than the food that was there.

  2. Pizza was a not a great reflection of the Italian culture!

  3. For the Burger "2Guys" no love, no passion and the buns were the industrial mass produced kind. And the price is the same as if you would buy them in "le cock" which have their own bakery and 10 times better.

If you ordered Food here, you got scammed.

Means if you liked it... you deserve better.

  • Three food trucks for 1200 People which you knew upfront booked... do I need to say more? No worry here comes the math.

If all of these people would have bought food... and lets say it takes 5 Minutes. 1200 People / 3 Trucks * 5 Min for each order. you will have 33 Hours to serve them all.

No, I don´t want expensive fancy Food for everybody.

I want affordable good quality food for reasonable price. Here's what to expect from a true Italian pizza margherita: Pizza Margherita (more commonly known in English as Margherita pizza) is a typical Neapolitan pizza, made with San Marzano tomatoesmozzarella cheese, fresh basilsalt, and extra-virgin olive oil.

PS: Feel free to change the wording into something which is political correct. [Mod edit: just made a few small edits without changing your message. Thanks for understanding!]

I would argue that you were in Iceland, out of nowhere so the product "pizza" was to be taken... with a big grain of salt and from a "it's not going to be good" standing point (much like if you go to countries like the UK), you can always be surprised when is actually good but at least you're not disappointed when it's not. xD

Iceland is very high eating culture and they able to do THE PIZZA.

  • Somebody from CCP was choosing this PIZZA to be this PIZZA truck

  • Which means this person have little of an understaning what Pizza is.

  • Back in my days (~15 Years ago) i loved the Big Mac cause of the "sauce". BUT also with 17 i wasn´t in charge of any food accomodations of anykind.

If you let a Gaming Noob decide the future of EVE... you will get exactly this PIZZA.

Also the national dish from italy is:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_dish

And also in Italy you will be ripped off but you wouldn´t choose the black sheeps to be your partner for your party. Nobody with common sense would do this.

So yes in Germany 90% of the Pizza delivery we have is not great reflection of the Italian culture! But people buy it because they don´t know it better or they are hungry or drunk. Only because they do it doesn´t mean everybody needs to do it.

Should you be in Bad Homburg -> this is the one you would go.

For example: https://480gradi.de/

I don´t say stuff behind you, I face you so i faced him:

Short Side story i asked the guy if we would put his food truck at neapel and what rating he expect from the italian. He said 10/10.

Which you don´t argument with dumb people they have way more experience and also i don´t fight with humans which don´t have a weapon.

We will do better in FF 2025 But in the end i will push all my thoughts directly to CCP and help them to improve. So we get what we want :)

Unfortunately I wasn't at Fanfest recently, but I was lucky enough to visit Iceland a few months back.

I can't really comment on the food vendors that were there, but that's pretty standard for conventions and festivals - they've got a captive audience and they need to balance scale and budget. Maybe they could have had a wider selection or simply more stalls.

I 100% agree with you about Le Kock though. That little place is amazing!

My partner and I would walk along the promenade and past the concert hall every morning, just to get a hot coffee and a pastry. It took us ages to find it the first time though, as we hadn't realised it was inside the pub! 😅

Thanks for the nice edit. The wording is much better to not stomp everybody directly.

I grow up with South Park .)
