Poetry and the countryside go together as seamlessly as the countryside and farming, which makes poetry and farming pretty good bedfellows, too. Check the logic if you don't believe us.

A haiku is a short poem of seventeen syllables in three lines of five, seven, and five, which don't have to rhyme. For example:
