Hello, I have a question. The link to my YouTube account isn't working. You can see that it's linked and it doesn't allow me to upload videos. That's it. And is there another way to solve it?

Hi muoh1 - thanks for getting in touch about this. I can see that the video is listed on your connected YouTube channel, so you should be able to enter it. I suspect the issue is occurring because the link you're entering with there is a shortened youtu.be style URL. Could you try entering again with the full, un-shortened URL? This one:

If that doesn't work, we'll get our tech team to investigate for you.
