We've withheld rewards on this video on this occasion and I just wanted to give a gentle steer as to why. For this reward, as we say in the description, we're looking for guidance on how to build a character. This video essentially just describes what any player can see when they browse the weapons in-game: the range, speed, defence, and damage stats of each weapon.

Having clearly completed the game several times, I'm sure you could share more detail about how to use each weapon, you could analyse their movesets, and you could suggest which are the best fragments to pair each weapon with (e.g. the swords work well with a build focused on critical hits or per-hit effects since their combos dish out so many hits compared to the scythe or pillar). These are the questions we're interested in when it comes to a build guide, but there's not much here that's relevant to them - in fact, there's very little insight here that the player couldn't get from simply browsing the weapons in-game.

Please take the time to invest fully in the content you're making and deliver real value to your fellow players. In the long run that's the best approach to winning more rewards.
