Will Brighton be the next Southampton?
I don't think so, although of course anything is possible! I believe the club's identity and unique strengths stem from its ownership by Tony Bloom, a lifelong fan. IIRC he's talked about the club being left to his family when he dies, so there's a level of stability and a true long-term vision vs. a club that that goes through changes of ownership and strategy.
What was your proudest achievement with Gamer Network and why is it Metabomb?
It's a bit of a cop out but I think it's that we managed to have such consistent success as an independent business over such a long period of time. Doing it on our own terms, organically, against the odds, with stability and everything that entails.
That and assembling such a brilliant team and group of people, and now watching so many of them go on to do awesome things in (and outside of) the games industry.
It's pretty cool that after (now) nearly 25 years people still say hello at events and mention how one of our sites or events has meant something special to them and played a part in their lives.

Genuine graphic design question, do you use stock vectors / outsourced teams for Just About (and the promotional videos so far) or are they made in-house? Rare to see a platform like this that’s actually quite pretty.

To answer your specific question, we use some stock assets to speed up our process but, to date, all the creative, animation, and compiling has been done in house by myself and our super talented social & video editor Holly
We are currently on the lookout for an illustration partner to help us with some more bespoke requirements as we look to take our brand up to the next level:
