sorry if I’m posting in the wrong place or if it’s a silly thing I missed. How do I know if I have submitted a bounty. Because when I go to a bounty, it doesn’t say neither is there anything to indicate.

It should appear as a comment below the discussion and the border of your bounty will be gold/yellow
I don't remember if it's an automatic feature or you need to select it in your notifications, but I get emails when I submitted a bounty
At a glance in a list? You can't. As a workaround - hit the like button for those you opted in.
There is my feature improvement suggestion in that regard, you can bump it but Devs seems already aware of this issue
This would be a nice feature to have
When you go to the bottom of the bounty, there is a purple "submit to bounty" - If you hit "reply" - Then you don't submit to the bounty
