I have a problem with my video link not working. My account is connected but it will not work I have tried both Instagram and tiktok but they will not work

Hey Gibson, I can't see the TikTok video as it says "This video isn’t available in your country or region". You'll need to remove any geo-restrictions if you have them in place.
In regards to the Instagram video, could you tell me how you upload these videos? Is it via the official app? When you share the link via something like WhatsApp does the image/description show? It doesn't seem to on our end and we're just trying to debug why. That will be the reason it isn't working as Instagram is showing the post as private even though it's public!
