I'm sorry if i'm too mainstream, but honestly... there is not much 2024 song i enjoyed except this. the music so catchy and simple. the beat and the rap so rhythmic.

But the best part of this song i like is, the lyric.
The lyric tell us the story of the Nobody man, who can still be anybody man just being himself.
not forced to follow everyone, but do the same as everyone using his own method.

It's something poetic for me.

Kpop music videos are incredible. I love the imagery in this one. There are several shots that are striking. The vacuuming the grass, the lip ring and earring looped together. In the latter part of the song, I love the shot circling back and forth between Lisa and Rosalia. Idk how they got that effect with their dresses flowing back and forth in that section. I could've listed several kpop videos from last year, but this is one of my favorites for sure.

At the risk of sounding nerdy, I think Arcane is the best animated TV production in a looong time. While many LoL players criticize its story for not being lore-friendly, the design, direction, and artistry introduced something truly new - realistic yet avoiding the Uncanny Valley. This same craftsmanship is fully present in the making of this video.

With Linkin Park’s comeback, this music video has become my favorite. I don’t usually follow the LoL World Championship, but I did in 2024, and Faker undoubtedly deserves recognition as the "Pelé" of e-sports and wearing this heavy crown, just as the band deserves praise for one of the best comebacks ever. This video is proof of that.

In the nutshell any Zutomayo song are always mesmerize me both in Music that mix J-Pop and J-rock with the elements of Funk and electronic, also sometimes with violins and jazzy piano, and more often going experimental, also with their Animation that accompanied the vibe and Music Video storytelling that have a simple lore but also feels like a short film on its own, but for taking 2024 release, I'll take "Truth in Lies" as for the best Music Video of 2024, the Music Video itself is animated by one of my favorite Digital Artist, はなぶし / Hanabushi and mix it with both Hanabushi's and Zutomayo color tones of purple, making it one of the most beautifully Animated Music Video of 2024, and personally favorite release from Zutomayo alone, not only that, the song itself talks about struggle of telling the truth often leads to miscommunication, lies, and separation, despite the character in the song didn't want them to separate and don't ever say "Goodbye".

Why I like this music video so much is that it pays homage to the old rock of the Rolling Stones by recreating their music video "Waiting on a Friend" frame-by-frame. The thought that went behind this is amazing, as they really tried to make it feel as much as the '80s as possible.

I like the Disease by Lady Gaga because it’s hauntingly beautiful and visually striking. The raw emotion, eerie cinematography, and Gaga’s ability to blend vulnerability with power make it unforgettable. The way she tells a story through movement and expression is simply amazing.

As a veteran, this song hit me hard! Veterans fight so many battles, most of them in our own heads. Personally, I knew that help was there, but I refused to use it. I didn't want to (and still don't like to) put my problems on other people. I want to take care of it myself because I feel that they have more important things to do or people worse off than me who could use the help more. There are resources out there that can help. Please utilize them.

Now, as an emergency medical dispatcher, I help people with these problems to a certain extent. PLEASE, IF YOU'RE DEALING WITH ANY TYPE OF MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEM, REACH OUT TO SOMEONE BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!!

I think 2024 was a year of big surprises, with an even bigger surprise being the incredible Doechii, in NISSAN ALTIMA, bringing a renewed rap aspect, with a big voice and a clip that reminded me a lot of the old clips of ice cube, eminem, simply a feeling of nostalgia with a discovery of the new, very good. The idea of a woman in a scene with so much personality and presence is incredible!

This one holds a lot of personal meaning to me as I got to see the World Premier of this song when they were playing in Glasgow where they played it for the first time. Though I know the screaming and growling isn't gonna be to everyone's taste, but she's a really good singer too! The crowd was absolutely mental from the opening act, really awesome concert. Would love to go see Arch Enemy again. So yeah, it's definitely this one.

A few pics I took at the concert for anyone interested!

Fantastic music, fantastic lyrics, and stunning videography. Filmed in Ireland. My favorite scene is a foggy forest and a wolf.

This music video seamlessly blends storytelling and visuals, making them an integral part of the musical experience.

My pick is the metal band Mellows and their official music video, 秘密closet (Secret Closet).

I love the contrast between cuteness and brutality as it shifts throughout the clip. The cinematic visuals reminds me 90s music videos but with much eater detail

besides I like this song because it's the opening song of my favorite anime, I like this because LiSA is a singer from Japan that I really like I have been following her career from when she first performed songs from the anime Fate Series.

I like this song because the lyrics and tempo are good and fast so it can be used as an encouraging song when I am drawing / editing video content.

I love BMTH and have been a fan of the band for many years. I really admire how they craft the narrative in their albums. I’m loving this heavier new phase, which brings a futuristic vibe along with it. Songs with social criticism, addressing issues that society often turns a blind eye to, are always welcome. Plus, the title itself carries a significant reference. Sometimes, we need to step out of our bubble and reflect. You don’t even need to understand a single word to grasp the criticism in the music video. And not everyone can pull that off.

This isn't just my favorite music video from 2024 but one I spent weeks creating myself.
Inspired by the design work behind the Boyz Noise & Pussy Riot - Chastity (feat. Alice Glass) music video, this video leverages machine learning and image to motion generation to build a visual palette and story.

A lot of the sci-fi I consumed growing up were cautionary tales about what humans shouldn't do, or things the human race has a responsibility to do. I find that all too often people stray from cautionaty tales, as reality does, indeed, bite.

I'd like to recomend this to anyone who loves cyberpunk sci-fi and dystopian realism.

My favourite music video from 2024 is AJR's "Touch Feely Fool", published on the 23rd of January 2024. What I like about this video is how it shows Jack running away and avoiding discussing his problems with the psychiatrist. The problems which can be heard within the song's lyrics. In the end, Jack is finally ready to talk about his problems.

The first time I listened to this song was in a game called Audition Online on the Indonesian server. I became curious about it and searched for the music video on YouTube. After watching the video, I was immediately amazed by its concept. The visuals are incredibly cool, and the use of CGI throughout the video is very fitting. I watched this music video almost every day last year.

I really love the new pirate theme Visions of Atlantis is doing with their album Armada. The music really fits that on-board a pirate ship party vibes so the drinking and music playing was a great choice to start with.

The storm on the sea reminds me of old Nightwish and Sonata Arctica music videos so that's another bonus point.

yung kai - blue

https://www.youtube.com/embed/IpFX2vq8HKw?feature=oembed

It all started when I watched the anime Frieren, which romanticizes her journey with Himmel throughout the episodes. Then, it ended and reached TOP 1 on My Anime List. Not long after, many clips of Frieren and Himmel with the Yung Kai - Blue soundtrack started appearing on social media. Finally, a month ago, the official music video was released on YouTube. The song itself was already great and became one of my favorites, but watching the music video made the vibes even stronger. In the MV, everything is perfectly crafted to reflect the meaning of the lyrics.

In the end, when we fall in love, that feeling becomes too perfect to explain or even imagine.😊❤️

Thank You :)

For those of us who like both ElectricCallboy and Babymetal, it now seems incredible that this collaboration didn't come about sooner. I think the video is brutally funny, the song is tremendously catchy, and you can tell that both bands had a blast making it.

Zantiritu by Ingot was my favorite videoclip from 2024. I love how they represented the ancient botanical knowledge, and the landscape looks so magical, while the music is simply incredible!

N

Degenerate is really interesting because it takes on the recent rise in AI in work fields by using it. But not in the traditional sense. Starset has always been very unique, they paid a group of artist to make art for this video in order to feed it to AI to make this AI slop. The video speaks for itself. Watch it and understand it like they mean for you to do.

I absolutely adored the music video for Taste by Sabrina Carpenter. It was made gorgeously, and featured both Sabrina Carpenter and the incredible actress that is Jenna Ortega. Jenna is known for her love of Tim Burton-esque content, so the blood and gore in the video (though fairly PG and playful) was a great idea, considering Jenna plays a big role. It also features LGBTQ+ representation in the form of a kiss between the two main characters, which I’m sure was appreciated by the community as it was by myself! Overall just a stunning video cinematography wise and a bit of fun!

When i saw this video for the first time I know nothing could be better. Falling in Reverse place another bomb with this track because everything is pulled together perfectly. From the start of the "story" behind the videos where everyone should go retro and see other video for understand the evolution of Ronnie until he became this sort of superHEROweapon.

On graphics nothing to say because every video of this universe is made with the best aspect (for me) you can see by yourself come on! When the Terrible demon came out is visually brutaaaaaaaaaal.

The featuring with a legend from other style of music like the Tec9 rap and deathcore of Alex Terrible mixing in the incredible performance of the frontman Ronnie. Everything is so powerful and you haven't time for breathe from start to finish.

I like this video by Eminem because they shoot like a comic strip like Em was some super hero. It tons of references of current times and back when Eminem was becoming famous star. Eminem seems embarrassed of his past self, his past self is embarrassed about the future Eminem. Lots of big stars in this video like Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg.

My choice is "Bleachers - Tiny Moves"

https://www.youtube.com/embed/kmpyfDF_pes?feature=oembed

And the main reason is because basically the video is Margaret Qualley dancing. I would watch it too if it was her reading the instructions of how to build a bed of a famous Swedish store, but, besides being an amazing actress, she is also a very good dancer (actually, her career started as a ballerina). And it reminds too to the Ad that she made for a brand of perfume.

Fun fact: the singer of the band is her husband. Lucky you, Jack Antonoff, lucky you...

I love Don Diablo and his future electronic house music vibe which runs through his music, which is why I think this video is a great match for his type of music. This video is one of my favs from last year as they have used AI to generate a fictional party which tons of famous people past and present are all in attendance together. The tune is fantastic and also the video is fun to try and pick out and name everyone portrayed in the video! ENjoy!

The video I suggest is Nothin’ Sweeter by TobyMac and I like it because the video is dynamic and tells a bit about the artist’s experience in the form of a music video. In the video he shows everything he has seen, all the things he has done... but then the regrets and his reflection on them that did not lead him to the real truth he was looking for.

But then the song ends with him finding what he is looking for. I like the setting, the lights and also the various shots of the two artists in the video.

For me, this was the best music video of 2024!

The clip is of a song that was a hit because it's the song from the first opening of the anime “Mashle” and it broke the barriers in Japan because it has such great musical structure and creativity!

The clip was released and followed the genius of the lyrics and musical rhythm, it features a lot of pop references, is edited in a fun way (just like the song) and represented the band's style of being more of a “concept breaker”.

I think that because of these factors it's my favorite clip and certainly an extremely memorable clip and song even for those who don't follow anime!
