Take a Pax Dei screenshot and recreate it as artwork!

We were amazed by your entries to our general Pax Dei fan art contest and our Pax Dei construction fan art contest, so we're here to bring you a new one. This time, snap a screenshot and recreate it from scratch as a piece of artwork! Create your artwork using whatever medium, digital or analogue, you like (excluding generative AI). Include work-in-progress images and the original screenshot.

You must have taken the screenshot yourself, but it's okay if it's not a new one. You choose what the screenshot is of; it could be your character, your clan, a landscape, a dungeon, or something else entirely. You cannot simply edit the screenshot, it must be recreated. Post the screenshot side by side with your artwork.

Generative AI is strictly forbidden. As such, we also require all entrants to provide work-in-progress images, clearly showing their art in creation. We also encourage you to talk us through your creative process. Failure to do these things may result in your entry being rejected, regardless of quality. A dedicated work-in-progress area will appear when you submit to the reward.

You're welcome present your artwork in a YouTube video instead of as a static image.

Take your image and post it to your connected Twitter (X), Instagram, or Bluesky account.
Please tag us! We're @JustAbout__ on Twitter (X), @justaboutcommunity on Instagram, and @justabout.com on Bluesky. We'd also love it if you included our hashtag #JustCreators.

Once the deadline passes, and assuming we receive enough submissions of sufficient quality, we’ll pick a first-, second-, and third-placed winner and award them $80, $40, and $25 respectively. We may also pick up to eight runner-up submissions and award them $10 each.
