Mine has to be Rowlet hands-down because of its final evolution and I absolutely loved the memes, especially distressed Rowlet 😭

Rayquaza, because it can handle almost anything, especially with Dragon Ascent.
I just got one and even without a mega it performs well in almost any setup.

He started my love of water types and will always be my favourite starter.
