Can i upload my clip in another language? or just English only? and another question, can i uploaded it with portrait/vertical video format?

Hi Gnale, our rule is that you must have a way to make your content understandable to English speakers, so that our mods can ensure we're abiding by our legal obligations. So you can upload in another language, but must include accurate English subtitles; unfortunately YouTube's auto-generated subtitles/captions don't count because they make too many errors.
