This goal from Ronaldinho is one of the best I’ve ever seen because of all the elements combined: his dribbles, magic, the long shot that hits the crossbar, and the crowd going wild over the goal. All of it gives anyone chills. For me, the most amazing part is that he was—and still is—one of the best players alive, even today, capable of amazing anyone watching him.

This goal was one of the goals that made one of the most beautiful games in recent times possible, even though France didn't win the title, Mbappé's performance was fantastic and the match had several incredible twists and turns, basically this match was a spectacle.

This goal was fantastic and it was France's equalizer against Argentina

Mesut Özil - Ludogorets 2 x 3 Arsenal

The best football goal of all time, or one of them for sure! Özil's technique is phenomenal, but his emotional control to stay calm in front of the goalkeeper and defenders breaks the barrier of football and makes this goal divine!

This goal from Richarlison in Brazil team was fenomenal, how Vinicius could make this pass with the right precision and Richarlison managed to receive the ball and think fast to make this kick to the goal!

Now I have a ton I could select for this bounty but this time round I am going for when Dennis Bergkamp scored a brilliant last-minute winner for Netherlands against Argentina in 1998 at the end of classic quarter-final encounter. When you see it in slow motion its just even more impressive, unbelivable control, skill and awareness.

I watched this out of this world goal with my father live on television, imagine the shock on our faces watching this almost retired football player fly and do an OVERHEAD KICK against one of the legendary goal keepers Gianluigi Buffon. CR7 The best player in the world !

I may be biased as I'm Welsh and don't like Liverpool but Bale's goal v Liverpool in the Champions League final, to seal with win in emphatic style, is my best goal ever. An incredible overhead bicycle kick from one of the best in the world at the time. A true Welsh sporting legend!

Now, all joking aside...

For me football, like the vast majority of non-individual sports, requires the whole team to work together. Undoubtedly we all know players who, because of their impressive quality, are able to solve games thanks to individual interventions and incredible goals, but I will always consider a good team play as something more complex and beautiful than a simple individual genius of a great player. That's why, as an example, I give what I consider to be the best team I've seen play recently (even though I'm not a fan of theirs... hehehehehehehehe):

Hey MQC, agreed, prime Barcelona tiki taka is absolutely beautiful to watch. However, there isn't a goal in the clip you've submitted! Could you find an example of when Barca's tiki taka style of play led to a goal and edit your submission to include that instead?

Sorry for the mistake... here's a great example, curiously against my favourite team...

Jude Bellingham's Bicycle Kick Lifeline - 2:51

I've never been into football or sports at all in my life but something about the world cup and Euros brings not only the nation together, but also finally makes me cough up for that annual TV licence to watch our lions (and sometimes lionesses) play their hearts out.

England against Slovakia was a tense watch especially since we were 0-1 down up until a corner kick changed everything and Jude performs one of the greatest come-back goals (and with an overhead kick too!)

Honestly I think the whole street had erupted in cheers

Diego Armando Maradona faced a wall of English players in 1986. He dribbled past everyone who stood in his way and scored a brilliant, unbeatable goal. 😱
