I did some research a while ago and I really got interested in the Sonos Roam 2, so I'll list what led me to that thought

Sound Quality: The reviews I saw on youtube/li led me to believe that it had good audio quality.

Portability and Design: What stands out here is the fact that it's attractive and IP67 certified, so I can use it in the pool and on the beach hahaha.

Connectivity: The fact that it has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi brings a flexibility that I've been looking for and find very interesting

Integration with Voice Assistants: If you have an Alexa at home, it can interact directly with it, making your house a home of the future.

Battery: I didn't think it was that good, but it was of OK quality, as mine has lasted about 4.5 hours.

JBL Boombox 3

It is impossible to talk about good audio devices without mentioning the JBL speakers. The Boombox 3 is probably one of the best devices from JBL and for a good reason, the sound volume that it can reach is fantastic and won't get the sound distorted, and if you buy a speaker the last thing anyone wan't is the sound get distorted.

One of the good fictions of this devices and many others from JBL, is that he can pair with other devices from JBL since it's a wireless device, so it is the perfect choice for small parties with your friends groups, everybody will enjoy the great songs with the best quality you can have.

I think in terms of speakers the Sony brands still stands out, I agree with most of the people that the brands isn't so good as it already was one day but it keep making really good sounds devices that keeps really sound fidelity.

The SRS-XB100 could not be the best one but is one of the best if not the best of the smallest ones and he do a good job with less than 50 USD. And people like me isn't so much fan of earphones or headphone, so I think its the best cost-benefit in the market and do a great job.

How it has planed as a portable device it has great connectivity with all the mobile devices, like smartphones, tablets and laptops, and the most important thing it has a good battery for its size so you don't need to worry with it getting uncharged all the time.

I have a little Fresh and Rebel Rockbox Cube portable speaker and I think it’s awesome!

I got it in a burgundy red because that’s my favourite colour and not to mention its woven design looks nice and fits in to my aesthetic. It’s not bulky or heavy and so it fits in my bag very easily and doesn’t hurting to carry. Can even be attached to your belt or bag with an carabiner without it getting in the way if needed at festivals or hikes with fabric tag.

Its cube shape allows it to sit well on surfaces and not be blown over or damaged easily. It’s battery life doesn’t go in half an our like a lot of portables, can last around 8 hours when fully charged and it gives you a warning sound when it’s starting run out, so that you’re not caught off guard in the middle of your favourite song. Just because it’s small also doesn’t mean that it’s quieter, the cube allows for the sound to travel in all directions and loud.

The Sonos Era 300 boasts a sleek, modern design that fits seamlessly into any home décor. Its curvaceous, compact form factor is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional, allowing it to deliver immersive sound while taking up minimal space. The build quality is solid, with a premium feel that matches its high-end price tag.

The standout feature of the Era 300 is its outstanding sound performance. Equipped with six drivers strategically placed around the speaker, it offers a rich, room-filling sound that’s hard to beat. The speaker is designed to deliver a truly 3D audio experience, with Dolby Atmos support that enhances spatial audio content. Whether you’re listening to music, watching movies, or playing games, the Era 300 provides crisp highs, detailed mids, and deep, resonant bass that bring your content to life.

You can easily stream from your favorite services, control it via the Sonos app, or integrate it with smart home ecosystems like Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

Final Verdict

In my experience, the Sonos Era 300 is arguably one of the best speakers on the market today. It combines top-notch sound performance with a sleek design, smart connectivity options, and ease of use, making it an ideal choice for audiophiles and casual listeners alike. While it comes with a premium price tag, its capabilities and the immersive listening experience it offers more than justify the investment. JBL Flip 6

Interesting, huh? Flip 6, yes. Why? Because that is all you can wish for. Every day use of it, with IP67, is just comfy. No more big hi-fi systems, the 30W jbl speaker is more than enough.
I could say a lot of specs, but it's jbl and it's not interesting at all to list the specs.

Just know, 100$ for years of satisfaction. Can say from my proper experience. I recommend it (^///^)

Imperial Senator Bluecrash's avatar

On hi-fi level, and if you have decent amps: all the bookshelf speakers by B&W. 100-2000$ range, with the lower price being found on ebay or facebook marketplace used. If you want to spend more KEF is a good next tier. Going higher than KEF, I would recommend having an audio engineer build some for your rooms measurements.
