The Citadel is back with a new playtest, due to begin Sunday 27 September. Make an educational video guide - long or short - about an aspect of this space-based micro MMO, such as fitting, trading, extracting, or combat.

To access the playtest, head to thecitadel.com. The folks at Citadel are looking for authentic high-quality video content that shows off and explains their game. Please ensure your entry does the following:
Pick a feature or system interesting or appealing about Citadel that would benefit from further explanation. This could be a complex system with tons of depth or something super fun and exciting that isn't obvious at first.
We're chiefly looking for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok videos, but we'll accept exceptional Twitter/X videos.
Videos must also have spoken commentary, and it must be in your real voice - not text to speech.
Include a call to action, encouraging people to engage with your videos in the comments or replies.
Be sure to capture the best footage you can: stable, engaging, and well-exposed. Aim for a minimum of 1080p.

What is Citadel?
Megastructures, spaceships, loot, permadeath.
Citadel is a browser-native micro MMO in which players coordinate and compete for resources in a high-stakes environment. Every decision you make affects your chances of survival; enter breaches taking risks and come out with loot, or die and lose it all.
Expansive world. As you push deeper into the outskirts of Citadel you will encounter more formidable opponents in tactical and immersive combat. Fitting, forging, and levelling up your ship involves strategic decisions to become more powerful. Managing your inventory is essential to succeed.
Browser based. No downloads or installs; joining a session becomes as easy as clicking a link or sharing it with a friend. Citadel removes friction and allows you to jump straight into the gameplay.
