Shortform for both please: vertically oriented, 1-3 minutes long, published as Shorts. The higher prize for the highlight reel is just to reflect the multiple clips and extra editing effort.
Either is good! If you've an idea that works well with voiceover, go for it. Ultimately we're just looking for engaging, enjoyable content.
