Definitely a Racoon, reason explained below.

This is an easy one for me, probably my favorite obscure instrument is a Harpejji. Basically if a guitar and a keyboard had a baby, this would be the result. I guess It's somewhat similar to a lapsteel guitar but has more strings and is played vertically but has a completely different sound. I've not seen very many people playing these (they're also made to order and as far as I know, only made by one company) but they sound beautiful, and there's a few different versions offering different sounds.

I'm not sure if YouTube has changed the audio of this or not, as it sounds slightly out of tune here to what I remember like it's been transposed up. There's other examples on his channel though for those interested in the different models.

I think it can be interchangeable, depending on where and who you are. As someone who's lived in Nullsec a few times before, it's definitely used as intel more often than not, chat tends to happen more in corp, some in alliance but fc's tend to get shouty if chat is going on in alliance. Or at least they used to.

But as for local in Null you look at who is and isn't blue and you report it in actual intel channels along with what ship you see them in, most of the time people are just passing through but for when they're not, any little piece of information you can gather from just local chat could be crucial to taking care of problems quickly.

As for low-sec I don't think it's as prevalent, perhaps with the exception of care-bear corps it's more a "How many targets are around" and, uh definitely NOT a trolling opportunity for roaming hunters like myself, innocent whistling ensues. Like I said, it's interchangeable on a "who and where" basis.

This one holds a lot of personal meaning to me as I got to see the World Premier of this song when they were playing in Glasgow where they played it for the first time. Though I know the screaming and growling isn't gonna be to everyone's taste, but she's a really good singer too! The crowd was absolutely mental from the opening act, really awesome concert. Would love to go see Arch Enemy again. So yeah, it's definitely this one.

Create a new alien species

We already have the Thargoids and the Guardians, but if Elite were to have a new Alien race what would they be called and what would they look like? Let your creativity flow!
