If you want to do something similar the hard part is finding an item that has limited availability whilst not being too expensive. luckily for me i could find some "defunct" items from the olden days. If you want to do it in nullsec tho pretty much any luxury item would do, such as SKINR materials.

the fit from an older post proving itself, I recommend hardly against engaging with kiting enemies. rapture is soooo slow it might aswell be named turtle. you might get lots of lucky shots with barrage so its not like frigates can meaningfully kite you.

This is The tip i would give to anyone who's started playing the game... It made the difference from getting kicked hard by the Lesser servants and bosses alike (using a sword) to easily taking them out with much HP for later encounters (Changing to bow)

I forgot to mention it in the post but the source for this is from Zkillboard data past 90 days.
there is a problem with this and thats with how kills are counted in Zkillboard, any participating ship will be counted on the kills whilst only a single loss is counted on the targetted hull. Regardless, we take it from the data that a single frigate is far more likely to lose before getting anykills compared to a Cruiser and higher. meaning anyone who is willing to use such ships will naturally have a higher K/D ratio.
So keep that in mind when you cant decide what to undock 😉 😉
