I’m a huge fan of the horror parody movie cabin in the woods because of how it celebrates the genre in such a brilliant way. This leads to the commentary on over sexualised female characters and the scene where the “dumb blonde”, makes out with a wolf’s cut off head that’s hung on the wall in a game of truth or dare.

It feels like it goes on for so much longer than it does because of how much the actress commits to it. I still have to turn away due to the cringe it makes me feel to this day.

I’ll embarrass myself here and say these vlogs from the 2024 euros, where I cried multiple times 😂 these days were some of my favourites from the whole summer 🙌

‘Violet Bridgerton’

I am amongst a lot of Bridgerton fans that would love to see a spin off show centering around the already established love story between Violet and Edmund Bridgerton. Theirs is one that we get references to throughout the show and it serves as the basis of why each of the children will eventually find a love match and not an arranged one. Sadly though, we only see pieces of it, since his character passed away from a bee sting before the events of the show/books. Another instance like this, is with Queen Charlotte and George, which was explored in more depth in ‘Queen Charlotte’ and so it would be amazing to see this happen again for such a beloved character to have the spotlight.
