I am going to cheat a little and instead of just one book I will say the series of books by David Eddings called The Malloreon.

I have always enjoyed blood bowl video games. Nice mix of sport and violence with many different styles of play.

The early games were by far the best with a good mix of solo and online play available. However the recent installment Blood bowl 3 has let me down as it is primarily multiplayer.

A rule I would change is playing advantage after a foul in football.

At the moment the referee could play advantage and a second later that team loses the ball and the game carries on. My change would be to have a set time where the referee can bring the play back if the fouled team lose the ball. There could be a caveat where if the fouled team kick the ball out of play themselves the advantage would be lost.

A second rule I would like changing in football would be to bring across Rugby's penalty try. This is when a team would definitely score but something happened (like a hand ball on the line) to stop the ball crossing the line. At the moment it creates a penalty but the problem with that is the penalty could be saved whereas the initial chance couldn't. The example I will use is Luis Suarez in the world cup hand balled on purpose to stop the goal knowing he would get sent off but giving his team a chance to save the penalty, the opposition ending up missing the penalty and Luis Suarez was the hero.

I enjoy watching a lot of sport but I think the best one to watch for me has to be Rugby Union. I should say I only really watch international Rugby like the six nations and world cup.

The game is fast paced and rarely have I seen a boring match. I like how technology is a good part of the game and I think footballs VAR needs to look at how rugby implement these things. I also think that the players have a massive respect for the referees, even when I have seen arguments with the referee it is nothing like what goes on in football.

My gaming preferences have changed more due to having kids more than my tastes changing. I used to be into massive RPG's like Baldur's gate and Final Fantasy games but since having children I have a lot less time so starting these games is more daunting as I generally have 1-2 hours a day to play and enjoy games. I was playing divinity 2 recently but sometimes that small amount of gameplay was just all talking and felt wasted. So now I stick mostly to action games and PUBG.

I think an interesting alt-history civilisation could be humans co-existing with dinosaurs. You could imagine how living with dinosaurs would change the course of human history.

The civilisation could start out as just humans and you need to research into taming or harnessing the power of the dinosaurs. Starting out with using them to help use machinery like plows or carts. The civilisation would evolve to use dinosaurs as mounts, knights on Triceratops or Velocitor Raptors pulling chariots. Human architecture would change to help house or defend against dinosaurs.

The civilisation could then evolve to make dinosaurs more intelligent, either using technology or natural evolution. This could allow dinosaurs to use tools more effectively and function without human oversight. You could even kill off the human part over time and have the dinosaurs rule.

I think a cool bounty could be recreate your favourite scene from a film or TV show using any form of media.

Submission would be video or photography.

People could use anything they want, the stranger the better but some suggestions, but not limited to, would be lego, acting it out, by using tabletop models (Warhammer, D&D, etc), drawn or modelled in computer modelling software.

I would use lots and lots of the minimising mushrooms from the Mario games and then feed them to some birds.
