It's been quite the journey these last 12 months, and I hope to be able to continue sharing my Elite Dangerous with you all.

Today, I’m going to walk you through the exciting process of colonizing your very first system in the Trailblazers update for Elite Dangerous. Colonization is your chance to take control of an unclaimed system and shape it however you see fit—well, as much as the game lets you, anyway. I’ll guide you step-by-step on where to kick off the colonization journey, how to make your claim, how to deploy your claim beacon, and, of course, how to lay the foundation for your very own space station. Let’s get this colony started!

Here is a long play of me soloing a surface installation at Wolf 359 in a DBX, the footage was running too long so I didn't capture the end. I completed it but skipped the Hydras at the end.
