Basically covers the build concept for this playstyle as well as the strategies I recommend employing in order to create the concept as best as possible, how Doctor's power can be used for both interruption and detection and the best timings for Shock Blast.

I typically verify and test each build I make in whatever high level content is available for the game, using a practice range if available, raid content, or high difficulty versions of story content such as "Legendary" difficulties. Then after some experimentation I break down my gameplay loop with the character and how to best apply it to the build I am guiding the players into using. The goal is to make a video digestible for someone with minimal understanding of the game so they can replicate my performance in a way that satisfies them.
