My coolest thing is my air fryer it saves me a lot of time and I just couldn’t live with out it .

I think to save the cinema we need to pack the eats out with some really good movies we had Harry Potter and people couldn’t wait to go back and watch the next one I think the movie industry has lost its touch also abit more security on people being able to stream and buy early while the movies in the cinema .

I like to workout at home i had a C-section nine months ago so have some baby fat to loose so a lot of my workouts focus on my thighs tummy legs and arms .
My first workout is using two steps up the stairs going up and down them constantly so I am doing a bit of cardio and working my leg muscles .
My next workout I put my feet under the sofa to keep me in place while I do some sit ups to help with my tummy muscles .
I climb over the baby gate rather than opting it when I’m going in and out the kitchen
I use my Baby as some weights for a good arm workout .
Then I have a bit of a workout dancing in the kitchen to amuse myself whilst doing boring chores .
Iallsp run up and down the stairs throughout the day with washing .
And lastly at the end of the day I will make one more run up the stairs to work out my legs to jump into bed .
My most best browser exstention is Amazon I can’t live without it as I love a bit of browsing or shopping :)

To fix something means we have to find the cause first which are the people on social media . Itself does not need fixing we need more help for mental health and people just being generally sensible rather than ruining it for others . Or even so before joining maybe they can take a test before allowed to use and if you fail you can’t join :)
