Don't spend on buildings, focus on maximum yield (), first buy as many fields as possible and then increase the mechanization, rent machines if you don't want to use them often, save the crop and wait for the best price, sheep and chickens don't have much to worry about and I can give nice profit. Over time, focus on production and grow as much as you can process.
