I think they're a little too common-or-garden in terms of tasks for me. Give me a real powerwasher anyday.

Give me menial tasks in space, though, and I'm yours (looking at you, Viscera Clean Up Detail)

Could it be that these sorts of games are all about offering distraction and a sense of achievement without taxing players with much in the way of challenge? 🤷‍♀️

I remember in one of Charlie Brooker's videogame shows, there's a segment with Jeff Minter talking about Space Invaders, and how it appeals to the part your brain that likes to see something cleaned up and I thought that was a cool way of looking at it. So what I'm saying is that PowerWash Simulator is essentially just a reskinned Space Invaders

I have been playing Garbage truck Simulator quite a bit. I've been having a lot of difficulty getting the collection schedule right though on the Glasgow level. Whatever I do people seem to be unhappy, whether it's having their collection on a Monday meaning there is disruption/confusion on bank holidays, to missed collections and people complaining about how other towns can mix their recycling but they still have to put it out in separate caddies.

Any ideas on how to get it all sorted Craig

(edit: Can't seem to tag people, lets hope he sees this... 😂 )

Hahaha! What you're missing is the secret 'complain to your local councillor' minigame. You have to balance losing your friends with getting the job done (spoilers: you have to lose all your friends to get your precious bin uplifted on time).

Seeing that Warhammer logo made me think they were doing a reverse washing simulator (i.e. painting). SOMEBODY WRITE THAT DOWN
