Dystopika was announced yesterday as a cyberpunk city builder with no goals and no restrictions.
The dark city sandbox looks like it would be great for crafting your own environments for screenshots or machinima, particularly if you couple this with some sci-fi FPS games like Cyberpunk 2077.

Looks interesting and brilliant for what you mention! Otherwise it’s. Shame there’s no real gameplay mechanics as it could get boring pretty quick but I guess that’s not the point of it! Wonder what its price will be!
