Just in case anyone isn't in our new Dragon's Dogma 2 community or otherwise missed the news, anyone can now download the DD2 character creator for free and play around - no pre-order required, no nothing.
And so we've brought forward two planned DD2 bounties we didn't think would be possible until launch - and since the creator doesn't need the game, everyone here can get stuck in!

This is such a smart move. Compared to a demo, you have to put in minimal amounts of work and planning to release just the character creator. It won't use any old data an old build, unlike a demo, and it can help you build excitement for the game.
I'm not sure if I'll have time for DD2 but I'm definitely gonna try the character creator.
This is a VERY clever move from them and quite ballsy as well if I'm honest. Not sure Iv'e seen this done before.
