Create a fan-made trailer for SMITE 2!

SMITE 2 has had a couple of brilliant trailers so far, from the official reveal to the closed Alpha and even trailers for specific gods such as Hecate. For this bounty, we want you to create your own fan-made trailer for SMITE 2!

We're giving you free reign to be as creative with this as you like, so any type of trailer is eligible as long as it mostly consists of your own footage. Remember that trailers are meant to be short and snappy, so no longer than two minutes in duration please!

The very best fan-made trailer will win $50, with $30 going to second place, $15 to third, and $7 is available for seven runners-up.

I'm pretty happy with this result! I had to use the awesome metal rendition of the Smite theme by BERNTH! I know they used it for their 24/7 alpha trailer, but I think it's one of the coolest things they did and I'm a big fan of the rendition. Thank god I had several months of videos saved up for this one!

Every clip short clip at the beginning of the video is mine put together with a video from a figure you will likely recognize from other projects. I also was a caster for the Susano clip and the one who played all of the Mordred clips. The sound bit from the intro is sampled from a recording of my own gameplay. The Bacchus clip is also mine, all images used for the characters are in the creator resource bank as well as all the trailer video cuts I used. I'm also on the production team of OCE, which is where the Kuku clip came from. All credit goes to the owners of any video I used that isn't mine and are linked in the description of the video. I wanted to highlight not only my own plays but also esports in SMITE 2 and how its developing. I hope my trailer does that and gets you hype.

I wanted to have a smash bro's character reveal feeling to it. The time constraint really killed the big idea I had but if I can I will make a longer one later. This video is unlisted because I need to cook a thumbnail for it and I wanna make a bigger one with it but I also wanna submit here. Hopefully you like it.

IMPORTANT NOTE IT IS CURRENTLY BLOCKED IN RUSSIA AND BELARUS BECAUSE OF A COPYRIGHT CLAIM ON ONE OF THE SONGS I USE. THE MUSIC IS USUALLY FAIR USE BUT BECAUSE THE SONG IS NEW AND POLITICS I HAVE TO WAIT 30 DAYS FOR THAT TO BE LIFTED.
