What's your favourite word, and why?

My favourite world is banana because bananas are awesome and it's an awesome word to say. Some people also like to say more na's like bananananana because they like the sound of it.

I think my favourite word in the language has to be understand, understand is such a key word and thing to do to help someone else with their emotions, to feel connect with people, and get to a point where you can really connect with people who do not feel understood

To be honest im gonna keep it simple, the F*** word. The fact that it is a very versatile word within the english language and depending on the context can hold different value and meaning. It can be used to insult, it can connect with other words as a compound, it can be use to emphasise an expression etc. Its just a simple yet flexible word.

Farewell

used to express good wishes on parting

I never liked how goodbye sounded, it was somehow too casual yet not really meaningful. I read farewell in books but didn't quite understand the meaning until in a movie they said "fare you well" and finally it all made sense. I love how it focuses on good wishes for the other person upon parting ways with them.

Because it leads onto my second favourite word, "Splendid" - Which everytime I say, drives my wife nuts xD

So I think it's a valid reason to love this word!
