So a couple of weeks ago I asked what everyone's favourite DC character was and There was a few responses that said Green Lantern including my own so this week we are going to learn about the other Lantern Corps as well as the emotional spectrum.
Green Lanterns
The Green Lantern Corps harness the power of willpower, using their rings the can make green constructs out of pure willpower, they are the galactic police force with a green lantern assigned to each sector to fight crime.

In Brightest Day, in Blackest Night; No evil shall escape my sight. Let those who worship evil's might, Beware my power: Green Lantern's LIGHT!
Sinestro Corps
The Sinestro corp is the main enemy of the the Green Lanterns, they are lead by an ex Green Lantern called Sinestro, Their aim is to spread fear across the universe and they can create yellow constructs powered by Fear similar to the Green Lanterns Willpower Constructs.

Blue Lantern Corps
The Blue Lantern Corps uses the power of hope, a Blue Lanterns Power Ring can only be fully utilized when near a Green Lantern. Without a Green Lantern close by, they can only fly and generate a protective aura, Blue Lanterns also have the ability to heal wounds and their rings have strange effects on rings on the opposite side of the Spectrum (red,yellow, orange). The Blue Lantern Corps are allies of the Green Lantern Corps and are lead by Saint Walker.

Red Lanterns
Red Lanterns harness the power of rage, they are led by Atrocitus, and are another enemy of the Green Lanterns. Each Red Lantern has their blood is replaced with rage energised blood but this also means if their red lantern ring is removed they will die. Regular Red Lantern member often have no control over their actions and are just fueled by rage. They can use blood as a weapon that can burn through even some of the strongest green constructs.
