TikTok launches new music festival In the Mix.
Headliners Cardi B, Niall Horan, Anitta, and Charlie Puth will perform on December 10th in Mesa, Arizona, with the event being broadcast globally via TikTok.
I fully admit that I'm not the audience for this, but it seems like a great fit for the platform.
The bit that I think sounds really cool is that "the event will also host activities inspired by the TikTok community and its most-loved trends".
I love the idea of taking an online experience and blending it with offline events, giving the people participating a sense of connection to their community.
How else do you think TikTok could blend their online / offline experience (not just in music)?
