I do love a good badge, so seeing Instagram introducing achievements for creator milestones does pique my interest!
The idea is that these little badges serve as small rewards to new creators who might otherwise be discouraged by low engagement.
Would these badges be enough to keep you sharing? What metric would you want them to reward (other than post, comment, and view count)?

As a fairly new creator I like this. It helps a lot to keep track of progress and gives that little sense of achievement from time to time. It can be hard to feel motivated working towards monetization at the beginning when it all seems to be so far away, but having these little milestones on the way can be encouraging and show that slowly your channel is growing,
