Just About is a mission to empower fans by building positive spaces for your conversation and content. Collaboration with you as we build those spaces is one of our core values, which means we want your input, and having run most of your ideas since our first suggest-a-bounty here on Content Creators, it's time to ask again!

We won't be too specific with our briefing for fear of adding bias, but any content that'd be helpful, entertaining, or otherwise relevant to established or aspiring content creators is eligible.

Give us some specific bounty ideas that you want to see on Just About Content Creators. Please go into as much detail as you can, and as long as they're feasible (and not, y'know, illegal or anything) we may be able to run them. Either way, the ten best suggestions will get $8 apiece!

The Bounty I would suggest which would be useful for content creators would be -

"Detail 5 things you have learned NOT to do as a new YouTuber / Streamer / Writer (this could just be simplified to content creator) to successfully grow your audience / community?"

I've picked this as I've learned the hard way its really just as important to know what not to do so you don't waste your time which could be better spent!

This challenge invites participants (in this case, experienced creators) to create and share a detailed plan for a dream gaming and streaming setup with a budget cap of $1000. Submissions should include specific hardware choices (PC components, consoles, peripherals), software solutions (streaming tools, editing software), and even aesthetic touches (lighting, furniture) that fit within this budget.

Details:

Participants must itemize their chosen components and software, explaining why each element is essential for their dream setup.
Creativity in budget allocation is key. For example, prioritizing a powerful GPU over other components, or choosing cost-effective software solutions.
Submissions should include a brief explanation of how this setup enhances their gaming and streaming experience.
Bonus points for innovative solutions to common setup challenges like limited space or the need for mobility.

Goal:

This challenge aims to inspire both established and aspiring content creators by showing how an effective and personalized gaming/streaming setup can be achieved on a budget. It also encourages participants to think critically about their needs versus wants in a setup.

What was your first hardware setup for streaming / editing?: we have seen some great gadgets and must have budget items but I think it would be great to see what did people start out with, it might give courage to those who are scared to start the creator journey because they think they don't have a good enough PC for it.
If you could do a collab with any famous creator who would it be and what would you like to do?: kind of following up on the Who is your content creator hero bounty, it would be a nice occasion to show your dreams as a creator and who knows, your hero might be watching and likes the idea?
How to make a dual PC streaming setup?: this idea popped into my mind as I'm trying to put one together at the moment and it wasn't easy to find a guide for it which actually works and is easy to follow, so would be great to have one here with our other amazing guides from the community.

For content creators, anything that will help others with practical advice on what has worked for others to help their online presence grow, or vice-versa, mistakes that content creators have made, and what results fixing them has yielded. Specifically, I think rewarding the most practical and proactive advice that can be executed on will be the best solution. Content creators, especially more established ones like me who have been at it for ages and don't know where else to go, have a huge issue finding anything remaining in terms of practical help. So instead of something as simple and boring we all heard too many times like "just do what you enjoy" or "make clickable titles", something a lot more in-depth that is actually of any help.
