It's time for another content creator spotlight and this time we are featuring Kings Court
Can you tell everyone about your content?
My names is Kings_Crt on all platforms, it stands for Kings Court, but yes I am old enough to remember what a CRT monitor is too ! I make a variety of content, ranging from new releases, to classics and I am a huge fan of Indie games and developers, loving to help showcase their works when I get the chance. That being said, I have one game in particular that I play religiously, although I would not say it was my "main" game as its not the sole focus of my content, and that is Warframe. I have played it since its second year of inception and we are now reaching its 12th birthday, so I've been at it a while. (Doesn't mean I am any good at it tho) My main focus on my content is the interaction between me and you, our conversations, what ever game I am playing, you should feel like you are involved and at the centre of things. I have a fun and care free attitude but we do also delve in to some of the more serious things in life and the world today. My approach to conversations is usually on the more 18+ side of things and I like to think that I am welcoming and inclusive for all people to come watch, well not ALL people, bigots and phobes not wanted!
Could you tell us about your proudest achievement with content creation?
My Biggest achievements; I would say that these are being able to build a wonderful and colaborative community based around the games we play, the people we meet and the times we've shared whilst streaming and creating content, the Community Chest is our community discord and we have a huge and wonderful group of degenerates that work together, help each other and are generally Awesome ! On top of that I have been at this for a few years now, 5 to be exact, and I am still here ! I have seen glorious Highs and Crushing lows and I am still here to tell the tale ! that in itself is an achievement !
If you could give any advice about content creation, what would it be?
My advice for people wanting to get in to, or just starting out in content creation. Do what you want to do ! Advice is always good, listen to it, see how it feels and apply it where necessary, BUT, not all advice is good advice and no ones journey is the same in this game! You wont be able to just look at Mr.Beasts story and say, "If I copy that I will also be famous", the timing is not the same, the market is not the same, the personality probably isnt the same, etc, etc. People like that are the exception and not the rule. You have to find your own path and charge through it ! Take advice, learn from others and make yourself better from those experiences but all in all, your journey is your own, use your own personality or story to push through the crowd !
What is your favorite thing about Just?
I found the site in its early conception and its been something I go back to regularly. The main things that draw me to the site are the ;
Collaborations between yourself and other creators, Like when I did a comic game video with Nerdazoid ( I will link the video ! its awesome !)
The fact you can earn money from Bounties by making content on games you like and or play, or that you discover via the site.
Doing said bounties above, gives you new ideas for content which you may never have thought of before, broadening your horizons, making you more knowledgeable and helping you create more !
