The ramfest bounty would have to be thus:-
1:- the video would be required to be from identifying the target to termination
2:- no weapons to be used or deployed
3:-no external help, eg, no friends to shoot target for quicker result
4:the target must have at least 80-100% shields at the onset, (Hard to find an elite in hazres with full shields)
5:-the target must not be engaged in combat with ai's or players at the onset.

in the case of pvp, the same rules would apply, only the requirement would be 100% shields at the onset,
