Empyreal has three core weapon types: the glaive, the mace-and-shield, and the cannon. Each delivers a different power fantasy - the glaive is for agile and aggressive melee play, for instance - but there's so much more going on beneath the surface. For this reward, we want you to bring it to light.
Dive deep into any of Empyreal's three weapon types and give us a detailed guide about how they play and what they can do. You can submit in one of two ways:
Either video guides of at least three minutes in length, with captions or voiceover
OR written guides on Empyreal's guides hub on Steam of at least 400 words. If you go for this option, please include the phrase "Created for a reward on Just", plus the link to this reward, so we know you're the creator. Simply submit with the link.
Here are a few ideas to start you off:
Break down the moveset of each weapon type and the kind of playstyle it lends itself to.
What advice would you give, or questions would you ask, a new player when picking their first/favoured weapon?
Tell us about the different abilities available for each weapon type and what they're good for. When would you use the glaive's backflip? Which abilities do you always have equipped and why? Which is the best ultimate? How do gear-modified abilities work?
What are the downsides of each weapon type? Is the mace-and-shield too slow, or the cannon too vulnerable when enemies get close? How do you mitigate those downsides?
Basically: we want to see detailed, useful information that digs beneath the flashy surface of Empyreal's three weapon types and adds value to the way we play with them.
