I'll be honest, I'm subscribed to you and I watch your videos but my only advice, which is not based on your content because it's very good, would advise keeping videos down to around 15 minutes, remember with YouTube, around 80% of YouTube traffic is through phones, people on breaks/lunches etc, it might improve the watch time etc.
Solid advice. Pretty much all my content is >20mins, but not for any particularly reason a lot of the time, I just ramble or choose to speak through dead time rather than skip or fast-forward. I'll take the advice of a well experienced content creator on board and change how I edit/approach my videos, see if the engagement is a little stronger :)
Just some stuff we tried and we found that videos that were 15 minutes and under, did better than videos over, we found the WT improved significantly.
