Never mind 21 years of EVE Online's existence, what about the 21,000 years between present day and New Eden's? This is a reward for all of you lore lovers out there. We believe that well-made videos explaining New Eden's rich backstory would perform very well, and as an added incentive to tempt you into making one, we're offering eight $12 prizes to videos we love.
We won't be overly prescriptive about what your video includes, because we don't want eight identical videos, but it should in some way tackle the origins and/or evolution of the New Eden we all know and love fear.
It's up to you whether your approach is a 'deep dive' or an 'in a nutshell' summary, but we expect at least three-minutes of video. Often, a spark of creativity will help videos like this perform well. Perhaps you can add a bit of flourish that will make it stand out, like telling it from the perspective of a wisened storyteller sat around a campfire on a distant storm world?
