So first of all, the ships!

The great thing about the Blood Raider ships is not so much the bonuses, although these are insane, they have amazing paint jobs, I don't know why anyone would SkinR these, but also each and every Blood Raider Ship is just so sleekly designed.
The Blood Raider vessels are designed to be armor-tanked. They feature above-average drone capability for pirate faction ships. Their weapon of choice is energy turrets, receiving large bonuses to damage but no application or range bonuses. Their Minmatar Spaceship command skill bonus features a range bonus to webs that can double their range at max skills.
Their Amarr Spaceship command skill bonus boosts the effectiveness of energy warfare modules. The defining feature of Blood Raider ships however is their unique role bonus that allows energy nosferatu modules to transfer capacitor from the target to the Blood Ship even if the target's capacitor level is lower than the Blood Ship's level. This allows Blood ships to fuel their capacitor needs through the forced transfer of opponents' capacitors. This even works against NPCs, but NPCs run out of capacitor a lot faster than capsuleers, requiring more frequent target swapping.
Locations:
The blood raiders can be found around Amarr Space (Western Empire) area, they spawn in high sec anoms as well as scannable combat sites and DeD Concord sites, they can also be found in Null Sec in the region of Delve and low sec, the area of Aridia, which borders the area. They are also found in High Sec missions as well as asteroid fields.
Lore:
The Blood Raider Covenant began as part of the Sani Sabik, an ancient Amarrian religious cult. Over time their practices grew more fanatical: they began draining victims of their blood to use in rituals. The Blood Raiders believe that the blood of a cloned body is purer than other bodies; as a result, they began seeking out and attacking unaware pod pilots.
The Blood Raiders hold the Amarr Empire and its faith in contempt. They often carry out attacks on Amarr crewed vessels and Amarrian colonies.
The Blood Raiders are considered extremely dangerous, deviant criminals and terrorists. Their CEO, Omir Sarikusa, heads the Amarr Empire’s most wanted list as well as DED’s most wanted list.
Damage Against/Used:
Blood Raiders NPCS i.e Eve Online term "rats" deal EM and Thermal damage but are also highly weak against Em and Thermal damage used against them. The Electronic Warfare used by the Blood Raiders is Energy Neutralisation. This is a module which drains your capacitor quickly and causes issues for capsuleers. They also sometimes employ stasis webs or weapon disruption, weapon disruption can hamper capsuleer turrets.
How are Blood Raider player-owned ships used?
The Blood Raider ships are not designed for PvE, the very nature of the bonus on each ship very much puts it down to PvP, they often lean heavily in the direction of Energy Neuts and Nos attacks, Web bonuses and high DPS application towards targets.
How do you get hold of Blood Raider "Limited Edition" ships?
The short answer is you don't unless one is being sold on the contract system in-game, the limited editions are often given out as Alliance Tournament prizes or for other events, making their value roughly in the area of 200 Billion ISK. Even in rich Eve terms, that is a lot of ISK!
How much do Blood Raider Ships cost?
They are not cheap in any sense but they are not "break the bank" expensive until you hit the capital area, prices can range from 40-50 Million ISK to Billions, depending on which ship you are going, the Frigate/Cruiser/Battleship are all reasonably priced for the fact they are faction ships.
