1. All videos must be published on YouTube, Twitter, or Instagram between 13-21 July. That way, with all videos released within a single week, they'll really make a splash on the EVE content scene.

2. Your video title must include 'My best EVE Online story'.

3. We're looking for videos that are between three and ten minutes long.

4. The story should be a true EVE Online story, but you'll get a lot of bonus points for storytelling flair. We recommend scripting your video rather than winging it.

5. You can enter with any style of video: talking-head, animation, kinetic typography, stop motion, etc. Your story can be entirely narrated, or use narration to bridge dialogue and action, or show the events of your story unfolding in real time. All that matters is that it's a great story, told well.

6. Your video will also be judged on its visual component. Whatever style you adopt, make sure it's visually appealing.

7. Generative AI is forbidden when it comes to script-writing and creating visuals. However, you are allowed to use text-to-speech programs to synthesise your narration.

8. The story doesn't need to be epic. It can be funny, moving, uplifting, bittersweet, or something else. The point is that it's a great story.
