The setup is very simple:

1. Create an ACL that includes your alliance (and your friends!)
2. Create jobs that would bring your organization closer to achieving its objectives, whether capturing plexes, or building capital components
3. Link them in Message of the Day in a channel that your group uses, like the Alliance Chat

And you are set! People don't have to ask you what to do next, as they can clearly see it every time they log in. And for you as an organizer, you get good stat tracking for the activities you want happening within your group. Everyone wins!
