I used a screenshot I had taken from a part of the town while chasing the sunset. The idea of a giant, all powerful fish trying to gift the new expansion was one of my first thoughts.
Then, after a day, another idea came to me:
What if someone was staring at him in shock while their plate of fried fish was falling? I thought it would be a fun and silly moment to bring to life.
