What elements in a horror movie creep you out the most?? For me, it's old men (think Poltergeist), children and dolls. Possession also creeps me waaay out. I white knuckled my way though The Exorcism of Emily Rose in the theater, it was intense for me lol.

It definitely depends on execution. I've been creeped out by things which usually don't do it, and not creeped out by things which usually do. I would say one of the big ones to get under my skin is forced transmogrification, specifically into something unable to communicate what's been done to you.
The idea of being physically changed into something like a mouse or a bug, something most people don't think twice about without the ability to be like "help! it's me!"
It's basic, but darkness also wigs me out big time if it's leveraged right. Lights Out (2016) still makes me turn the hallway light on when I watch it because I just can't have dark corners haha.
