Gi-hun re-enters the deadly Squid Game in season 2 of the show. Released in close proximity to the reality game show, Beast Games, Squid Game was known for its harsh depiction of class boundaries, simple to understand yet deadly games, and plot twists that kept viewers on the edge of their seat.
Whilst my family were partying downstairs, me and a couple of younger cousins secluded ourselves in a backroom to binge the series. I won't get into spoiler territory but it was just as good as the previous season (if not better!). I'm a big fan of the concept stemming back to the manga/anime series Kaiji Ultimate Survivor
