If you do connect an account, we'd love to test those connections by embedding a piece of content (ie. from your own TikTok, YouTube etc account) in the replies.

This is going to be important in the future as it allows us to attribute rewards on Just About to content creators who are completing bounties on other platforms!

I've connected my Twitter account and this is one of my own Tweets! Does it work?

Paypal successfully connected now.

How do I collect the bounty?

Great question damor!

During these early days, it's taking a little time to assign the rewards to each members account. When the money is assigned to you, you'll be notified and be able to track everything here.

You'll then be able to claim the money (via PayPal) once they've achieved the threshold of $25.

Ooooh, it handles quote RTs correctly on Twitter embeds. Nice

Have you linked your YouTube account? I would have expected it to have marked your video as your own if you have, in which case I should flag that as a bug

MrTomFTW's avatar

Everything is linked! Twitter, Twitch, YouTube and TikTok.

A-ha, it looks like it was a case-sensitivity issue. I've got a fix lined up so once that's deployed you should be credited for any YouTube videos. It's not retroactive though so unfortunately no-one is going to be able to tell that the video in that post is really yours :(

The TikTok ownership resolution fix is gonna take a little longer

Welcome! Long time no see :)

If you'd possibly be able to do us a favour: if you have connected your Google account and post your own video (expanded to preview mode), does it recognise that you are the author (the embed should have a green surround)?

And more generally, would you expect a YouTube/Twitter embed to be automatically expanded to a preview, rather than it just posting the URL?

Twitter, twitch and paypal all connected.

Hey, I ran into some errors when trying to connect with Twitter, Twitch, and YouTube. I wasn't given a specific error for Twitter or Twitch, however I have a screenshot attached for the error details from YouTube.

The issues seems to be resolved, I was able to link YouTube, Twitch, and Twitter.
