Yep! There's a little image icon in the post editor that should allow you to choose a pic from your phone. Please let us know if it doesn't work or suggestions of how it can be improved.

(Ooh, I've just found a bug: an embedded image it shouldn't be full width by default)

(On desktop) dragging an image straight onto the post editor embeds it.

I'm unable to post pics from my phone or desktop computer. A grainy version of the pic pops up, but then I get a scrolling circle loading symbol in the middle of the image. I've waited several minutes for the loading to finish but it won't.

That's not ideal! We'll investigate/try to reproduce (although as it seems to work fine here and for others, it might not be an immediate fix as we try to reproduce the issue!).
